Kalpataru Utsav

Dear Devotee,

Please join us to celebrate KALPATARU  UTSAV on  Wednesday, 1st Day of JANUARY 2025, to be held at our Temple.

This Utsav (celebration) commemorates the day on January 1, 1886 when Sree Sree Ramakrishna Paramahamsa Dev revealed Himself to be an Avatar or God Incarnate on earth, in Kolkata, India. On this very day a miracle happened in front of some of His disciples for the ultimate affirmation of His Good-hood. Disciples believed that Ramakrishna had become Kalpataru (also called Kalpavriksha), the “wish-fulfilling tree” of Hindu mythology, to all devotees.

This Puja will be conducted by our Temple Priest Anirban Bhattacharjee. The event will be streamed online from DRSA USA virtual platforms.

• AdyaMa and Sree Sree Ramkrishna Dev Puja:  11:00 am to 12:45 pm.
• Pushpanjali and Aarati: 12:45 – 1:15 pm
• Adya Stotram: 1:15 – 1:30 pm
• Prasad: 1:30 – 2:30 pm
